Default Facility manager question

Hello.

I am asking for opinions and insight from event professionals and especially those in the banquet management industry.

I own a DJ company and we are primarily hired by brides or corporate clients to entertain at banquet halls and country clubs. We are considering using a 'rider' that we would submit to said facilities previous to our events.

This rider would include our power requirements, spacial needs, parking permit needs, food requests and other similar needs for us to fulfill our obligations to our clients.

#1. Is this of a benefit to you?
#2. Would you consider this more professional? Less professional?
#3. Would you have any feeling pro/con towards this?
