I guess if you can't find any listed on classified sites or in newspapers you could just start contacting some from the Yellow Pages. Don't come across as too keen but just let them know that you are in the market.
Be careful with small business grants as there are a lot of scams out there. Check the Small Business Administration (SBA) website - try to go direct to the source to get reliable information. They are available but it is a bit of a process applying and you may find that it's not worth your time unless you've got a unique plan and are able to give back to the community etc
