Though we're not a restaurant but a supply company, we've recently made our foray out into the "blogosphere" (internet term not mine haha) and it's been tough initially. We're limited to sale items or new products but personal articles written by our employees and their experiences at work seem to be somewhat popular.

I would also suggest putting menu items or seasonal specials on your blog. An nice picture of your signature item with a brief description of ingredients would be sure to get a potential patron's mouth watering.

Another content builder could be industry news or events. Anything you feel that is related to, or will help, your business should be considered. I'm just now starting to learn that and I've recently seen some increased traffic to our blog/ twitter.

Check out our sites for inspiration but feel free to leave comments.... I'm looking to improve too!

Hope that helped!
