I am in process of setting up a new resturant along with another investor. I was wondering if any experienced resturant owners can tell me that about the linens used in restruant industry (table cloth, napkin, apron, etc.). How are they washed for reuse? do i have to buy a washing machine as well for these things or are there linens availble on rent. Also which is the best option to go with? Thanks in advance for your help..
