I opened up my first restaurant on January 5th 2007 in Leonard Texas a small town off the maps with 2000 population since the last census. I was doing very well and exactly 1 year in a half later June 5th 2008 I decided I was ready to open up my second location 20 miles north of my current location the town is more populated 10,000 since the last census, I have been in business at my new location for 2 months now and it has been slow since I opened. Some days it appears to be picking up and I have a more steady crowd other days it is so slow I begin loosing hope, does someone, anyone have some encouraging words for me?
