    hey mojito,
    I just wanted to ask you a question...We are thinking of opening a restuarant soon typical puerto rican/cuban food but we are not sure if we should market it that way or generalize it by promoting it as a latin cuisine type. The reason being is that by promoting it as a puerto rican /cuban place do you limit yourself to a certain clientele (hispanic) or can you attract a bigger market (american)....can you explain to me what works for you
