Thumbs up increase sales using your pos
There are many ways to increase your sales by using your point of sale system. The best idea is to run a contest thru your POS, an example is coffee and Tea contest. This does two things, the first is that it makes sure your staff is ringing those items into the POS(these two drinks are the most forgotten and most profitable)the second is compition between staff who can sell the most of what ever you want to run the contest on.
If you dont have a point of sale system you are already losing money.A point of sale system is designed to make you money. If anyone has question on getting a POS system or how to use the one you have let me know!!!!
