Default Cutting Costs

Hello, I am new to this forum, but I have actually been a resturant owner for a couple years and I love it. I was wondering if anyone knew if it was possible to use the left over cooking grease to power my equipment? Such as the ovens fryers and other utilites that I have. I heard rumors it is possible but I would have to convert the cooking grease into bio diesel, how could I do that? Also is there any resturant owners that are doing this already? If so please let me know how I could get this started.

Thank you,

yes you would have to convert it into boi desil. i had a musician that would haul away our oil and put it in his car all the time. and yes it did smell like french fries when you pulled up behind him. you would have to buy a bio desil powered generator. which you can find millions of on google. would it be worth it tho??? first night power goes out in your area and no restaurant has a generator YOU BETCHA!!!
go for it. Make your own biodiesel: Journey to Forever
