Default La Camanonera
Here is a review of and "stand up" only restaurants in Miami that makes money hand over fist. They have no chairs, but people still line up. It's a seafood joint:

Top 5 Miami Hotels

Might be an idea for some of you with limited space.

Those places are usually the best. Especailly the ones off of South Beach. When I was living in Ft. Lauderdale, my favorite restaurant in the world was a small stand that served Empanads and Cuban Cafe. The secret to success is their word of mouth... and the fact that its usually cheap and good!
