Who do you use for your pos system? what do you like/dislike? what would you like to see in reporting software?

We use POSitive. Though we're an equipment supply company, the concepts for inventory and store sales are pretty much the same. Its easy for multiple departments/ employees to access simultaneously and provides us with accurate and relevant information on customers, items, and accounts. My only gripe with it is that when running multiple departments there are rare instances where inventory amounts may be a bit behind.
