not sure if this is in the right thread or not?

I want to start a baking business in my town. My main goal is to become somewhat of a wholesaler in baking to the local markets around town...and possibly have a small store front for the community to purchase if they desire.

I want to specialize in fresh breads and other baked goods, IE: crossants, rolls, bagels, etc.

How hard is it to approach and gain clientel for such a thing?
I was thinking starting off, just renting a kitchen from on that is available here in town till I can gain enough clientel to support a small store front.

What would I need to get this done?
