Default new kitchen manager/supervisor

Hello. I am new to the forum. I have recently taken over the position of kitchen manager at a large and busy bowling alley and am looking for positive feedback. I am open to any new idea and or gimicks that anyone in the similar field has to offer to help me make my kitchen a success.
