Default Top Restaurant Free Agents going fast

The good news is... It looks like the economy is picking up. Unemployment is starting to come down. In fact, according to an article in The Nation's Restaurant News as many as 40% of restaurant owners plan to hire more people during the second quarter.

This great news comes with one sobering reality. The deep pool of talented employees and manages that have been on the "Free Agent" list are starting to be hired. This is good news for the economy and great news for the people that have been looking for work.

But, just like in the NFL draft, you need to figure out what positions you need to shore up and then start examining the prospects. The really good prospects will go quickly as the hiring market starts to heat up.

Obviously there are some locations in better shape than others as far as the unemployment picture looks. Here is a link to a recent report by location of # of unemployed people per advertised job.
