Durable, Lightweight Plates - The Restaurant Community

dongphuong Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2010 Posts: 1 User Status: Offline	Durable, Lightweight Plates I cater weddings out of town, so I usually carry the old sort of plastic asian plates that have chinese inscriptions in large containers. I need to upgrade my plates to a more modern single colored plate. Can anyone suggest me a lightweight, durable plate because the melamine plates seem pretty heavy especially when carried in a large case. I appreciate any suggestions and comments! Thanks!
