Default Nutrition Analysis and Menu Development

Hello Restaurant Owners,

I am a Registered Dietitian specializing in services for restaurant owners and food industry--specifically nutrition analysis of menu items and menu development for those wanting to take a look at offering healthier fare. Are you using these services? Or, looking to use them in the near future with the change in legislation and public health climate?

Would love to hear your thoughts!

I'd actually be quite interested to hear if current restuarant owners are thinking of this / acting upon at the moment, or if its just an idea for the future....

I am interested to find out about the cost of such a thing. I had a friend who suggested to add it to the menu and it may drive more customers to the restaurant.
