Empty the hot water out of the coffee machine
(i once had a server empty 8 gallons of water out be fore they figured out it was hooked up to a water line)

We used to send new dishwashers and busboys a few doors down the block to borrow their oven stretcher.

Of coarse they would always return with some different excuse why he couldn't lend it to us.

One day one of our new staff member came back with a very heavy box. I said "what is that". He said it must be the oven stretcher you sent me to borrow. I took the tape off the box, and the pizza shop owner sent a box filled with heavy brick. He had been waiting to send it for weeks. It was a funny event!
