Default Tuff times

I don't know what kind of food you serve but if you have the product they will come. If your food is so good people travel for it, you will never run out of customers. We have a cupcake shop and we are growing every month. It's an easy sale!!
I just need to get them to try one and its all over.
If you have a write home to mom product
you will prosper
I was in Florida a couple of years ago and had a lobster Ruben sandwich. It was the best sandwich i have ever had
I told my wife and she did a internet search for the "best Sandwich in the world " and the place came up .I was not the only one blogging about this place I would drive a 100 miles for that sandwich.
You need something to be famouse about
Good luck !

Default Tough Times

Back in the 70’s we had “the energy crisis.” I can remember my parents paying us kids 10 cents every time there was a light left on in the house. My brother and I would sneak around together turn on a light, while 5 minutes later one of us would take turns yelling, “someone left a light on, that’s 10 cents!” I’m not real sure my parents saved any money, but hey, they kept throwing it our way with the flicker of every light.

With a pocket full of change, my brother and I headed down on our bikes to the local gas station to buy some much needed gum. Ahhh…gum 5 cents. While I am showing my age, I am showing you that every few years there seems to be a “prices crisis” brought on by something, someone, somehow. It takes clever thinking to generate what you need….I mean, come on, while my best friend said he couldn’t go with us to buy gum because he had no money, my brother and I managed to get a few dimes out of our parents…the energy crisis told us ‘no’, but our need for the Double Bubble said ‘YES’! We found a way, and so can you.

Today, I filled up my gas guzzler…that’s right, my 15 mpg SUV that I just HAD TO HAVE because of the terrible Colorado winters. Well, guess what? I needed that ‘must have’ 4-wheel drive about two times last year. As I was filling up, I was thinking…someone convinced me there wasn’t a prices crisis when I bought this SUV, when in fact, the media had been screaming about the insurance rates on these “unsafe” vehicles and the rates sky rocketed….the dealership still found a way to get me to buy an SUV…. and so can you.

So, $100 dollars later at the pump, I am thinking…we are in a real prices crisis at the gas stations, but go ahead fellas fill ‘er up, you found a way to keep me coming back, so now it’s my turn to come up with a way to keep my guests coming back….it’s the “Prices Crisis Special”…..”Take that plate and ‘fill ‘er up’, because our bean burrito special may be only $9.95, but our gas is free!”

I found a way, and so can you.

Prices Crisis….BAH-HUMBUG!

We own a 88 seat Family Restaurant, we are a full service restaurant. We serve Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner. We serve breakfast all day. We also have Pizza & Chicken is our specialty. We bought the restaurant 26 months ago. But the restaurant has been in continuous operation for almost 25 years. When we bought, the restaurant was profiting decently. But since these hard economic times business has dropped about 30%. We have gone from 11 to 6 employees. Our hours of business is Tues. - Sat. 6am til 8pm & Sun 6am till 2:30pm.

Our busiest days of the week is Friday and Sunday, Saturday morning we also do very well, but Saturday evening business 60% of the time is non-exsistant. Tuesday and Wednesday is the same way. We do have our die-hard regular customers. We have been throwing around the idea of closing at 2:30pm on Tuesday and Wednesday and offering our Restaurant for meeting and gathering Sunday - Wednesday. But were not sure how to go about letting the public know without hurting the feeling of our regulars.

If anyone has any ideas on this, all suggestions will be entertained.

We very much understand were the moderator is coming from.

This is my first post and I don't like the idea of Spammers and if someone feels there is not an economic recessions, they need to open there eyes.
