Question Restaurant Shift Scheduling Service Marketing Advise

Hi,
I have started a web based Employee Shift Scheduling tool -RestaurantScheduler - that helps restaurant owner/managers manage their employees and schedules. The tool takes all the employees availability and any requested time off to generate a schedule for the restaurant. The tool then sends it to all employees via text and email, also the employee can setup an account and check the schedule online. The program on a side note also helps eliminate overtime.

I originally created the system for myself when I was working for a restaurant during college to take the hassle out of making and distributing the schedule and to help eliminate the headache of servers calling in and being late to work.

I need some advice trying to market this product to the outside world a little more effectively. We have a core of customers that love our tool and use it to manage their employees but we need some good ways to convince other restaurants that they should use it too.
