Does anyone offer free wifi in their restaurants?

If so, have you seen an increase in foot traffic or sales?

Yes, we tried it at the restaurant for a bit. It did bring in a few more customers but the problem we had was table turnover. The guest would linger, somtimes for hours. I finally removed it from the restaurant and placed it in a bar we also have a few blocks away. At the bar it has made a great differance, increased traffic and the people that linger have a few beers more than they normally might.
