I was just recently laid off from my Exec Chef position. I do not want to go back to the corporate world where they suck the life out of you, pay you little and spit you out. I have three months of severance pay to make my dream a reality.
I have a winning idea that I know would be successful! I have the product and have been market testing it. The response has been very positive. I am in Central Florida. What I am offering can not be found here. I have the location selected. I'm 3/4 of the way through my business plan.
The biggest challenge is finding capital. I do not have anybody in my family with money.
I know this will be a success. I have strong family moral support. I just need the capital.
